We share details in the CV, like email address and telephone number with our associates who coordinate with recruitment drives and schedule interviews.
There is a possibility where we reach out to successfully placed candidates to share details of the CTC that they have been recruited for and the date of joining.
For Clients / Talent Acquisition teams / Hiring Organizations
We participate in recurring recruitment drives and work as an RPO and accept a fixed fee for fixed positions. We charge 5% of gross annual CTC, after final negotiation and acceptance for specific hiring mandates. We charge 8.33% of gross annual CTC, after final negotiation and acceptance for Executive Search that could include Business Heads, CXO positions or Vice President and above positions.
We consider a 6 months window as a billable effort for all recruitment mandates.
We reserve the right to verify the Gross Annual CTC that could include all aspects of remuneration, welfare allowances and other pay benefits.
We strive to provide accurate information about our legal and fiduciary compliances to all our Clients during and after the empanelment process.
We take written consent from employers to negotiate a package with selected candidates, if such a task is mandated.
We participate in international recruitments as per international laws and treaties.
We reserve the right to take up recruitment services for NGOs and Social entrepreneurship firms at subsidized costs or ProBono in special cases.
